Each coaching session will have a purpose, and could easily stand alone with its own takeaways. However, there is no "quick fix" for real, lasting change and multiple sessions are recommended. Discounted coaching packages are offered for most change efforts as each session builds upon the last as part of the overall change process. You can schedule your sessions every week to every month, depending on your budget and needs.
During initial meetings, we'll gain insight into your temperament, needs and communication style, from which we will create strategies for achieving your goals. Using proven coaching tools and mindfulness techniques, I can help you with the underperforming and underwhelming aspects of your life.
