WORKING TOGETHER
A typical engagement could last 1 month to years, depending on the scope of the engagement, company size, budget, and other needs. A combination of electronic, phone and in-person communication will be used to thoroughly assess the organization's need for change as well as readiness, collected via surveys, observation, interviews and group discussion.
The primary goal is to first provide a clear and understandable picture of any alignment and/or misalignment in the organization. Through a facilitated conversation, we will discuss the analysis and mutually determine next steps for positive change.
An essential element of any engagement, we will work towards recognizing and proactively utilizing the organization’s strengths to mindfully execute on business initiatives, including culture change. This requires every member of leadership to have some level of involvement at each step of the project.
